AMC
The AMC (Alvest Management Committee) plays a key role in the Group’s governance. It supports relations with the Supervisory Board, drives strategic thinking, and strengthens unity and synergies. Guided by integrity, accountability, and a long-term vision, it executes the Board’s directions, oversees global operations and prepares Alvest’s sustainable growth under the leadership of Valentin Schmitt, President and CEO.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee serves as the operational body of the Alvest Group. It brings together 15 (senior?) leaders from diverse divisions and geographies who translate strategy into concrete actions. Guided by rigor, accountability and efficiency, it coordinates activities, drives performance, and ensures alignment. It fosters multicultural collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to support the Group’s sustainable development and long-term success.
